In the last month we have had two spontaneous engagements on Mumbo – both at sunset on Pod Rock. The first couple were from the UK and were so blown away by the beauty of Mumbo that while watching the sunset they decided they just had to get engaged. Another couple from South Africa found themselves in same situation a few weeks later with the same result!

Their quote in the comment book reads: “Heaven is a place on earth: never in our wildest dreams had we imagined such an amazing, magical paradise as this!” These are just two of many proposals we have had on Mumbo – something about the heart-shaped island working its magic?
